Please note that shared channels are only available in paid versions of Slack. If your company uses a free version of Slack, please let us know and we'd be happy to add you as a guest to the 2175 Group workspace.
We want to provide you with the best service possible, which is why we prefer to work with our clients right in Slack. Here's how to join a shared channel so our teams can work best together:
- We'll create a shared channel called #2175-[yourcompanyname] in Slack
- You (or your company's Slack admin) will need to approve the request to join the shared Slack channel. If you don't receive the request, please let us know
- Once approved, you're all set! Start inviting your team to the shared channel so we can get to work
